Hi, I'm Jacob. I use AI
to help small businesses
stop drowning in busywork.

I build smart software that answers your leads, sends your invoices, and follows up with customers — automatically. So you can spend your time on the work that actually pays.

I'm a one-person shop. You'll talk to me directly — every call, every email. No sales rep, no offshore team, no chatbot pretending to be me.

Jacob Bennett, founder of JAB

— that's me, Jacob

Senior software engineer · 10+ yrs · I build it myself

Tell me about a problem,
and let's see if I can help.

Look — I get that "AI" and "automation" sound like jargon. So forget all that.

Just tell me what's eating your time. The thing you keep meaning to fix. The thing you grumble about every Sunday night.

I'll get back to you within a day. We'll hop on a 30-minute call (free, no pitch). I'll tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I can't, I'll try to point you somewhere that can.

That's it. No follow-up emails for six months. No "let me loop in my team." Just me.

I read every message myself. Usually reply same day.

The whole idea, in one picture

From chaos to calm.

Same desk. Same business. The difference is what's running in the background while you actually work.

Before

"I can't keep up."

After

"…huh, it just handles it."

Sound familiar?

Things I hear
from owners every week.

If one of these is you, we should talk.

"My inbox is buried. Leads are getting lost."

— Mike, plumber

"Someone filled out my form at 9pm. By Tuesday they'd hired someone else."

— Sarah, real estate broker

"Job's done. I forget to send the invoice. A month later I'm chasing the customer."

— Bill, general contractor

"Mondays vanish into spreadsheets. Same report every week, eats half my day."

— Mark, agency owner

"My phone won't stop ringing. I can't get an hour of actual work done."

— Jenny, HVAC owner

"I need a part-time admin. I can't afford one. I'm burning out doing it myself."

— Megan, founder

I've solved every one of these for someone.Want me to do it for you? ↓

Or if you want more info first

Here's what I actually do.

Three kinds of work, all aimed at the same thing: getting your time back. You don't need to know the difference between them — that's my job.

no.01

I build assistants for you

(aka "AI agents")

Software that replies to your customers, qualifies your leads, schedules appointments, drafts emails — in your voice, by your rules.

Good for:

  • Answering leads at 11pm
  • Booking your calendar
  • Drafting customer replies
See examples →
no.02

I make your apps talk to each other

(aka "automation")

When a job is done, your invoice goes out. When a customer fills out your form, you get a text. No more copy-pasting between five different apps.

Good for:

  • Auto-sending invoices & reminders
  • Lead → CRM → calendar, one step
  • Weekly reports without you
See examples →
no.03

I teach you (and your team)

(aka "training")

Sometimes you don't need software built — you need someone to show you how to use the tools out there. I do that, in plain English.

Good for:

  • "I want to use AI but don't know how"
  • Team training (in person or remote)
  • Quick audits — where AI helps most

Real folks I've helped

Here's what it actually
looks like in real life.

S

Sarah K.

Acme Roofing · NKY

Sarah was missing leads at night.

She kept losing customers because she couldn't reply fast enough after hours. I built her an assistant that replies in under 2 minutes, asks the right questions, books a showing.

14 hrs/wk back

…and stopped losing leads to faster competitors.

B

Bill M.

General contractor · Cincy

Bill kept forgetting to send invoices.

Now they go out the day a job's done. Late? Reminders auto-send at 7, 14, and 30 days. He doesn't have to remember anything.

22% faster paid

…recovered ~$8k he would've forgotten.

J

Jenny L.

HVAC · Florence, KY

Jenny's phone wouldn't stop ringing.

A chatbot now handles 6 out of 10 calls — answers common questions, books service calls, transfers real emergencies to her dispatcher.

60% handled

…she actually gets lunch now.

M

Mark R.

Marketing agency · Remote

Mark hated Monday reports.

Pulling numbers from 5 places for 6 clients ate his entire Monday. Now an assistant sends each client a plain-English summary by 8am.

4 hrs/wk back

…clients say the reports got better, too.

M

Megan L.

Solo founder · Austin, TX

Megan was buried in email.

Her inbox triage assistant runs overnight — drafts replies, flags what needs her, archives the junk. Her inbox is under 15 by 9am.

90 min/day back

…stopped working through dinner.

T

Tom C.

Online business · Denver, CO

Onboarding was leaking customers.

New signup → personalized welcome → check-in on day 7 → escalation if they go silent. Tom finally has customers who stick around.

38% more stay

…thousands more recurring per month.

How I work

No mystery.
No six-month projects.

Most things ship in 2–4 weeks. Here's exactly what we'd do.

  1. 01we talk

    30-min call

You tell me where you're losing time. I ask questions. No pitch.

  2. 02I plan

    Plain-English plan

I write up what I'd build, how, and what it'll cost. You approve.

  3. 03I build

    2–4 weeks

I build it. You see progress along the way. We adjust if needed.

  4. 04I show you

    Walkthrough

I show you and your team how to use it. Recorded for later.

  5. 05I stick around

    Monthly retainer

Maintenance, fixes, improvements. I don't disappear.

Honestly, I didn't get it at first. Jacob just kept saying 'it'll save you hours.' Six months in I'd pay three times what I do.

Stuff people ask me

Honest answers.

I'm not technical at all. Will I be able to do this?+

That's exactly who I work with. You don't need to know anything about AI or "automation." You just need to know what's eating your time. I handle the rest.

How much does this actually cost?+

Plans start at a few hundred dollars a month. Most of my clients spend less than what a part-time employee would cost — and get more done. We can figure out what makes sense for you on a free call.

Can't I just use ChatGPT?+

You can! ChatGPT is a great tool — it's just one you have to open and use. What I build runs on its own — replying to your leads, sending your invoices, while you're doing other things. If you just want help using ChatGPT better, I can do that too. Cheaper.

What if it doesn't work / I want to cancel?+

Cancel anytime. No contract, no penalty. You keep everything I built — I hand you the keys and we part as friends.

How long does this take?+

Most things ship in 2–4 weeks. Simple stuff (an auto-reply, invoice reminders) can be live in a few days. Bigger projects might take a month or so.

Will this work for my industry?+

Almost certainly. I've helped roofers, real estate agents, contractors, HVAC companies, agencies, law firms, and online businesses. If you have customers, leads, invoices, or emails — I can help.

Do you still build websites and do SEO?+

Yes — that's how I started. It's just no longer the main thing I lead with. If you need a website or some SEO help, ask me and I'll do it.

One more thing —

If you made it this far, just tell me your problem.

You don't have to be ready. You don't have to know what you want. We'll figure it out on the call.
