I'm Jacob — JAB is just me. I keep this simple because I'd want the same: I only collect what I need to talk to you and do the work, I don't sell your information, and you can ask me to delete it anytime.
What I collect
When you fill out the contact form or email me, I get the details you choose to share — usually your name, an email or phone number, and whatever you tell me about your business. If you become a client, I also handle the accounts, data, and tools needed to build and run what we agreed on (always in your name — see the Terms).
Why I collect it
To reply to you, scope the work, send proposals and invoices, and run the automations you've hired me for. That's it. I don't run ad-retargeting on you and I don't build marketing profiles.
Who else touches it
This site is hosted on Netlify, and the contact form is delivered through a form service (FormBackend) so your message reaches my inbox. A few standard tools — email, calendar, and the platforms we set up together (for example n8n, Make, Zapier, or AI providers like Claude/OpenAI) — process data only as needed to do the work. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Cookies & analytics
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If I ever add basic, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are useful, I'll update this page first.
Your choices
Email me anytime at jacob@jabwebagency.com and I'll show you what I have, correct it, or delete it. No hoops.
